- Slice one onion.heat oil & fry onion to pink.add chop garlic, chop ginger,all garam masala & saute till smells ends.add mutton & fry till colour changes at medium flame(I prefer fresh ginger & garlic,you can use paste as well) Add 2-3 cup water,cover & let it get cook at medium flame
- I dont use pressure cooker even in saudia.I always applied some meat tenderizer or katchri powder at meat & leave it for some time before adding to oil.this helps in easy tenderization of meat without cooker(not to forget my garlic stalk wala hack) When mutton is almost half done,add chop tomatoes.mix well,cover & leave for few minutes to soften tomatoes
