- First wash the veggies n cut into big chunks,take a kadai add oil to fry,remove n then take poi saag, remove saag of the stem chop it small n fine n then remove the outside hard cover of the stems....n crush it a bit...fry it too.Remove from heat..now prepare the masala paste n take the same kadai add oil,n add above-mentioned half sliced onion...bay leaf n bit sugar,
Then add masala paste...let it b fried..once oil ooozes out give the veggies stir it...to b coated well.Now add chaunk.start
