- For Dal: Soak Chana dal for 10mins approx and boil them by adding salt and turmeric powder and give 6-7 whistles.
- Now take a pan heat by adding 1.5tsp oil after that add Cumin seeds.
- Now add chopped onion and tomatoes and saute for 2-3 minutes now add all spices to it.
- After sauting them for another 2-3 minutes add boiled dal to the pan add some water and then cover the lid and boil them for 5-7mins and check them whether its properly cooked.
- Lastly add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- For Pakwan :Take Maida add rava, salt, black pepper powder, Cumin seeds, oil and water to the flour and bind a semi soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 15-20 mins.
