- 1 green chili, chopped

- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp mustard oil

- In a pressure cooker heat two cups of water. Add chopped raw papaya and potato. Mix bay leaf, turmeric, and salt with water. Pressure cook for one whistle.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add pinch Bhutan and wait, till they splutter.
- Add chopped onion and green chili. Saute till onion is transparent.
- Add ginger and tomato and cook till tomatoes are softer and mushy.
- Mix the boiled papaya and potato and adjust the gravy and salt. Allow boiling for two minutes.
- Add the roasted and ground cumin seeds and red chili after switching off the flame. Mix the ghee with the curry. Rest covered for 10 minutes. Serve hot with the accompaniment of choice, this healthy and delicious curry.
