- 1/2 tsp Fennel/Saunf Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Hing/Asafoetida
- 3-4 Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 3-4 Green Cardamoms
- 1-2 Dry Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
