- Now heat 2 tbsp oil and add a bayleaf and red chilli.
- Add 1 tsp red chilli powder and immediately add puree
- Add 1 tsp coriander powder and salt.mix well.

- Add fried paneer, capsicum and onion.
- Also add 2 tbsp Fenugreek leaves and 1 tsp garam masala.
