- 2-3 Cloves
- 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1/3 Cup Cooking Oil (Any)
- 2 Potatoes (Medium Cut into medium Cubes)
- 1 tomato (Finely Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Green Peas
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sugar (To Caramelise)
