- In kadhai take oil & butter. Add jeera and add capsicum cubes and onion cubes. Saute it. Then add above paste to it. Fry till it leaves some oil. Add all dry masalas, salt, sugar.
- Lastly add boiled vegetables. Mix well.add some kasuri methi for flavour. serve hot with roti or chapati
