- First make a paste of mustard seeds, cuminseeds n dry red chilli.
- Wash n clean the prawns.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder into the prawns and mix well.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes and take out on a plate.
- In the same oil add chopped onions and Cook it. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cook it for 3-4 minutes in low_medium flame till all its raw smell goes up.
- Then add mustard paste and chopped tomatoes, salt and cook for 3-4minutes in low medium flame.
- Then add fried prawns to it and again cook it with the masala in low flame.
- Now add 1.5 glass water for the gravy and cook it for 7-8minutes in medium flame and cover the lid.
- Adjust the gravy to your liking.
- After 8 mins turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
