- Peel, cut banana into thick roundels.

- Take another wok, add oil, heat it. Add dalchini & tejpatta, sauté it for a min.
- Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water also, sauté it for a while.
- Now add onion paste, stir fry it for a while, also add lil water.
- Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown. Stir intermittently.
- Open the lid, add haldi powder, dhania powder & red chilli powder, mix it well. Increase the flame, add lil water, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.
- Add salt now. Now add dahi & cream, mix it well.
- Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till oil has oozed out.
- Open the lid now, add garam masala powder, give a stir.
- Increase the flame, add banana pcs, stir fry it for a while. Now add water accordingly so as to keep the gravy a lil thick.
- Give a boil, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until gravy becomes a lil thick.
- Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
- Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta & slitted green chilli.
