  1. Sab se phly bar b q malsa ready karyn gy. Sary spices aik sath grind karlyn aur coarse powder bana lyn.
  2. Ab bar B Q masala side par rkhyn q ke yh masala pori biryani me step vise use hoga.
  3. Sab se phly chicken marination me 1 tablespoon add karyn gy Bar B Q masala aur baki ke bhi sary masly dal ke chicken add kar ke mix karyn gy aur 30 minutes ke lie marinate karlyn gy.
  4. Marination ke bad chicken ko 4 tablespoons me fry kar lyn auar chahyn toshallow fry bhi kar skty hyn. Aur holden fry hony ke bad pepper towle par nikal ke charcoal ki smoke lagadyn.
  5. Biryani ka msala bnany ke lie aik pot me oil gram karyn us me onion dal ke translucent fry karyn phr us me khara gram masala aur green chillies dal ke fry karyn 2 se 3 mint.
  6. Phr us me ginger garlic paste add karyn sary spices add karyn tomato dal ke fry karyn aur achi trhan se medium flame par bhon lyn jab take oil separate na hiny lagy.
  7. Usi stage par dahi add kardyn whisk kar ke aur achy se mix karyn oil jab sahe se oper ajaye tous par 2 tablespoon dhania aor podina chirak kar thori c fried onion chirakyn aur chicken ki layer laga dyn phr chicken ki layer par dhania podina thora sa sprinkle karyn 1 tablespoon bar B Q masala sprinkle karyn aur chawal ki layer laga dyn.
  8. Aik step mention karna chahongi. 1/4 cup curd me yellow food colour mix kar ke us ki layer ap chicken par bhi dal skty hyn. Ya phr meri trhan chawal ke side ko hata hata ke dalna chahyn to wesy bhi dal skty hyn.
  9. Chawal ki layer ke bad same process hara dhania podina fried onion aur bacha hua sara masala sprinkle kardyn aur dum par rakh dyn 5 se 7 minutes aur agar rice me bhi smoke lgani hy to wo bhi laga skty hyn.
