- Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder and garam masala powder and salt to taste mix it nicely then add chopped tomatoes mix it all well,cover it and cook it till tomatoes become mushy and oil start separating.
- Then add Katsura methi and coconut milk in the masala,before pouring the coconut milk to the pan reduce the heat.
