- 2 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tsp oil
- 2 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala

Instructions to make to make Palak kofta curry
- Firstly in a kadai heat oil and saute onion, ginger and green chilli.
- Add chopped palak and saute for few seconds. Cool it completely
- Blend in a mixing jar. Now add paneer and besan. Also add garam masala, salt.
- Add cashews and combine well like a dough.
- Prepare a round ball. Roll them in cornflour and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Now in a kadai add oil. Saute one onion till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and all spices.
- Now add tomato puree and cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
- Now add cream and coriander powder. Add Kasuri methi. Add 1/2 water for gravy. Simmer for few seconds.
- Now add koftas. Mix well.
