  11. 2 Tbsp Red chili powder
  12. 1 Tbsp Coriander powder

  14. 250 g Yoghurt
  15. Water as required
  16. For Garnishing
  17. Garam Masalah
  18. Green Chili
  19. Ginger
  20. Green Coriander

Instructions to make to make Mutton Curry

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onion until it become golden,
  2. Then add mutton, garlic paste and fry it for 5-6 mints,
  3. Now add black pepper, brown cardamom, green cardamom, cloves and cinnamon again fry it for 2-3 mints,
  4. Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder, then add some water and cook it for 2-3 mints,
  5. Then add yogurt mix well, now add 1.5 glass water,
  6. Cover it and cook it for 49-45 mints until mutton become tender, theb cook it until oil become separate then add water as required mix well give it dam for 2-3 mints,
  7. Now Garnish it with green chili, ginger and green coriander
