- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 3 tomatoes puree
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- As required Water
- As required Coriander leaves for garnish

- In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and make a dough with that make koftas out of it and fry them until golden brown.
- In a pan add oil, jeera, hing, ginger garlic paste next add onions cook till golden brown next add all dry spices and mix well add little water to prevent the masala from burning.
- Next add tomato puree, salt and cook for 10 minutes till it leaves oil then add water as per the gravy consistency and cook till it boils.
