  5. Now add soaked rice (without water) and saute for sometimes. Add chopped pudina leaves, coriander leaves and curd. Mix well.
  6. Add coconut milk and water. Add salt and mix well. Cover with lid and cook until 3-4 whistles. Tempting Chettinad biryani is ready to serve. Serve with curd or any raita.
