- After 3 minutes add tomato and when oil will reduce add 1 glass of water and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame or until potato pieces will soft. Add fried papad. Cook for 2 minutes. Add garam masala powder sugar and ghee. Mix. Ready to Serve with rice.
