  2. Dans le bol du robot préparez un levain déposez 200 g de farine (prélevé des 600 g), 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre (prélevé des 90 g), le lait tiède et la levure émiettée. Touillez et laissez reposer 30 minutes.
  3. Incorporez les 400 g de farine, le sucre restant, les 2 Å“ufs et les 90 g de beurre. Pétrir Ã  vitesse minimum une dizaine de minutes, la pâte doit se détacher de la paroi. Recouvrir d'un linge propre et laissez reposer pendant 1 h 30.
  4. Farinez légèrement le plan de travail et y déposez le pâton. Étalez en un rectangle de 50 x 30 cm. Faire fondre le beurre au micro-ondes avec le sucre en poudre, badigeonnez toute la surface de la pâte. Roulez la pâte en boudin sur le sens de la longueur coupez 5 cm sur les extrémités et les réservés.
  5. Coupez le boudin en deux dans le sens de la longueur, en vous arrêtant à deux centimètres du bord d'une extrémité. Torsadez les deux longueurs de pâte. Posez les extrémités coupées, sur chaque bout, et soudez la pâte. Déposez la brioche dans un moule à cake beurré et fariné. Laissez Ã  nouveau lever pendant 45 minutes.
  6. Badigeonnez avec le jaune d'Å“uf mélangé au lait, parsemez de sucre en grains. Enfournez dans le four préchauffé Ã  160° C pendant 45 minutes. Si la brioche dore trop vite, la recouvrir d'une feuille de papier aluminium.
  7. Sortir du four, laissez reposer un quart d'heure, et saupoudrez de sucre glace.
