  2. Dans une grande bassine à confiture ou faitout. Mettre les pommes coupées en 6 (tout garder peau, pépins,trognons) Ajoutez le jus du citron vert filtré, la gousse de vanille coupée en deux dans la longueur. Couvrir d'eau.
  3. Montez à ébullition, et faites cuire à petits bouillons pendant 20 min en remuant de temps en temps.
  4. Éteindre le feu et couvrir. Laissez macérer a température ambiante jusqu'au lendemain. Les pommes vont bien s'imprégner de la vanille.
  5. Le lendemain. Dans un grand saladier, poser un égouttoir et a l'intérieur de l'égouttoir une étamine. Versez la préparation froide dans l'étamine, et presser pour en faire sortir le jus. Une fois fini, vous pouvez filtrer une seconde fois mais pour moi c'est pas nécessaire. Vous obtenez environ 1,5 litre de jus
  6. Versez ce jus dans le faitout ou bassine à confiture. Et ajoutez le même poids en sucre. Montez à ébullition, et maintenez un petit bouillon pendant 10 min environ. Vérifiez si la gelée a prise avec quelques gouttes sur une assiette très froide. Elle doit se figer.
  7. Mettre en pots, fermer, retourner pour stériliser. Remettre les pots à l'endroit au bout d'une heure environ. Bonne dégustation 😋
